Packaged in a protective atmosphere

Oven

Instructions: 230°C/Fan 210°C/Gas 8 Chilled: 60 mins. Remove from packaging and rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking. Do not score the rind. Dry the rind thoroughly and lightly rub with oil and generously sprinkle with table salt. Place on a roasting tin in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Caution - Hot fat in the tin.

Instructions: Air Fryer 200 °C Chilled: 45 minsRemove from packaging and rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking.Do not score the rind.Dry the rind thoroughly and lightly rub with oil and generously sprinkle with table salt.Pre-heat air fryer.Cut the rind in half and place into the air fryer in a single layer.Caution: Hot fat in the air fryer.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
