Preparation and Usage

How to Prepare and Plate
1. Decant the meat and juices from the pouch into the foil tray provided, add 2 tbsp of water.
2. Cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes.
3. Remove from the oven, remove the foil, and turn the cheeks over to recoat in the sauce. Cook uncovered for a further 25 minutes.
4. To plate, spoon the beef cheeks and sauce onto the plate. Sprinkle over the onion sprinkle to serve.

Oven

Instructions: Remove all outer packaging and place sprinkle to one side. • Decant the meat and juices from the pouch into the foil tray provided, add 2 tbsp of water. Cover with foil and cook for 200°C/ Fan 180°C / Gas 7 30 mins. • Remove from the oven, remove the foil and turn the cheeks over to recoat in the sauce. Cook uncovered for a further 200°C/ Fan 180°C / Gas 7 25 mins. • To plate, spoon the beef cheeks and sauce onto the plate. Sprinkle over the onion sprinkle to serve.

Storage

Not suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
