Preparation and Usage

Follow the preparation guidelines overleaf.

Oven

Instructions: OVEN: 200°C / Fan: 180°C / Gas Mark 6 Chilled: 35 mins. Remove film lid and set the sauce to one side for later use. Place the foil tray onto a baking tray and into the oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, evenly empty the contents of the sauce sachet over the medallions and return to the oven to cook for the final 5 minutes. Leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
