Stir Fry

Instructions: Heat: Cook the noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water, drain, and set aside.Sizzle: Heat oil in a wok until hot. Fry the prawns for 2-3 minutes and then push the prawns to one side. Add the egg to the pan quickly stirring to scramble, once the egg is cooked, mix with the prawns.Stir: Add the noodles and paste then stir fry for 2 minutes until the noodles are hot. Stir in the bean sprouts and spring onions and mix together. Serve with a sprinkle of peanuts and enjoy!

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, use immediately.
