Oven

Instructions: Remove outer packaging and place the glaze sachet to one side. 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 40 mins Transfer contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, discard foil and any excess cooking juices. Shred the meat with 2 forks, add the teriyaki glaze and mix through. Return to the oven for a further 10 minutes. Remove from oven and rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated.
