Instructions: For best results oven heat. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid over both compartments several times. 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 25 mins. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir before serving.

Oven from frozen

Instructions: Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid over both compartments several times. 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 35 mins. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir before serving.

Microwave

Instructions: Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid over both compartments several times.Heat on full power for 800W 5 mins 30 seconds / 900W 5 mins.Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating.Stir before serving.

Microwave from frozen

Instructions: Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid over both compartments several times.Heat on full power for 800W & 900W 6 mins.Stand for 1 minute.Peel back film lid. Stir well and re-cover.Heat on full power for a further 800W 4 mins / 900W 3 mins 30 seconds.Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating.Stir before serving.
