Oven

Instructions: 200°C /Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6 30mins Remove sleeve and film lid, place sachet to one side. After handling the sachet, wash hands thoroughly. Spread out the fillets and place foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour the contents of sachet evenly over the chicken and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated below 4°C.
