Oven

Instructions: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6 30 mins Remove label and film lid and place sauce sachet to one side. After handling the sachet, wash hands thoroughly. Place fillets on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 25 minutes, turning half way through cook. Remove from the oven and pour the contents of the sachet evenly over the fillets and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated below 4°C.
