Oven

Instructions: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 45 mins Remove outer packaging and place jus sachet to one side. Empty the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and discard the foil. Baste well, then return to oven, uncovered, for a further 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, baste well and return to the oven for the final 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and drain the cooking juices. Retain 3 - 4 tbsp. of the cooking juices to add to the jus, discarding the rest. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving, meanwhile prepare the jus. Slice along the grain and serve with jus.

Hob

Instructions: Jus:Pour the contents of the sachet and the retained cooking juices into a saucepan and simmer gently over a medium heat for 2 minutes.Stir frequently, do not allow to boil.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated.
