Oven

Instructions: Remove outer packaging and place the glaze sachet to one side. For best results oven cook. 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 - 30 mins Empty the contents of the pouch onto a baking tray. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and carefully separate the belly bites, arranging them fat side up. Return to the oven for a further 13 minutes, basting half way though. Remove from the oven and drain off any excess juices. Open the sachet of glaze, drizzle over the belly bites and mix until evenly coated. Return to the oven for a further 7 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Instructions: AIR FRY 180°C 15 minsBased on a minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer.Remove crisper plate.Pre-heat air fryer.Empty the contents of the pouch into the air fryer.Cook for 5 minutes.Separate the belly bites, spread evenly in a single later, fat side up and cook for 8 minutes, turning occasionally.Drain off any excess juices and discard. Open the sachet of glaze and drizzle over the belly bites and stir to coat evenly.Cook for a further 2 minutes.Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated.
