Preparation and Usage

Cooking InstructionsRemove sleeve, film lid and pad, set gravy sachet to one side.Oven 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 Chilled: 75 mins. Cover the tray with foil and place onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 50 minutes. Remove the foil and place the joint back into the oven for a further 20 minutes. Remove the joint from the oven and remove it from the foil tray. Allow joint to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Pour the gravy into the foil tray with the meat cooking juices, stirring to combine. Place tray back into the oven and cook for 5 minutes. Slice the joint into slices and pour over the gravy to serve.CautionThis product contains raw meat. To avoid cross contamination, always wash hands after touching raw meat products. Use separate chopping boards and utensils for raw meat products and ready to eat foods.ImportantNot suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Cook thoroughly until steaming hot throughout and there is no raw meat inside.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
