Oven

Instructions: 180°C, Fan 160°C and Gas 4. Chilled: 13-15 minutes. Place skin side up on a baking tray lined with baking paper in the centre of a pre-heated oven.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: For best results, pan fry Pan fry: Chilled: 7 mins. Fry skin side down in a little oil over a medium heat, turning halfway through. Remove fish from pan.

Other

Instructions: AIR FRY 200°C Chilled 5-6 mins.Based on minimum capacity 3.8 litres air fryer.Preheat air fryer.Place the fish skin side up into the air fryer in a single layer.Allow to stand for 2 minutes.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 10 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. This product has been previously frozen and restored to chill temperature under carefully controlled conditions. It is still suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
