Oven from frozen

Instructions: 190°C, Fan 170°C and Gas 5. Chilled: 14 minutes. For best results oven cook. Rub fillets with oil and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: PAN FRY Chilled: 8 mins. Pre-heat 1 tbsp. (15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a moderate heat. Once the oil is hot, place the fish in the pan. Turn halfway. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 10 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown. This product has been previously frozen and restored to chill temperature under carefully controlled conditions. It is still suitable for freezing.
