Skinless, boneless, smoked and dyed haddock (Melanogrammus aeglefinus) fillets, defrosted.Our Scottish haddock is landed locally and processed in Scotland. Once filleted these small succulent fillets are delicately smoked over beechwood by a fourth generation family owned smokery in the north east of Scotland. Our haddock comes from an MSC approved fishery. Instructions: Pan FryHeat a little oil in the frying pan over a medium heat and place fillets in the pan. Cook for 4 mins.Turn once half way through cooking.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 8 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
