Produced in Piedmont, Italy's UNESCO listed wine region, nestled among steep rolling hills and unique soils.

Vinification Details

After harvesting in September, grapes are gently crushed and the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks between 28-30°C for 30 days. A proportion of the wine is then matured in oak aged for around 5 months before the final blend is produced.

History

Fratelli Martini was founded in 1947, in the Langhe area. In the 70's the company underwent substantial technological and production development, always focusing and developing indigenous Italian grape varieties.
