Preparation and Usage

Oven

Instructions: 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6 60 mins - 1 hr 5mins. Place melt in the middle of the salmon and wrap the salmon loosely in parchment paper to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Open the parcel for the last 5 minutes of cooking and spread the melt evenly with a spoon over the salmon side.

Storage

Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze. Keep frozen at -18°C or cooler.
