Microwave

Instructions: 800W 2 mins 30 secs / 900W 2 minsPlace sauce pot to one side.Place gyozas onto a microwaveable plate seared side up, ensuring pieces are not touching and add 2 tbsp (30ml) of water.Cover with cling film and pierce in several places.Do not heat the sauce.Allow to stand for 1 minute after heating.Caution Take care when removing film as hot steam may escape.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Place sauce pot to one side. Do not heat the sauce. For best results pan fry Chilled 10 mins Pre-heat 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a low heat. Place gyozas in the pan seared side down and cook for 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat for 30 seconds. Gently add 4 tbsp (60ml) of water to the pan. Return to the heat with a lid and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 8 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
