Description

Rockingham Forge’s Adjustable Pull-Through knife sharpener will allow you to sharpen your kitchen knives, scissors and other bladed tools all with one easy-to-use item! Featuring both a coarse and fine sharpening groove, the sharpening angle of the tool is adjusted between 14 and 24 degrees using the wheel on top of the device. To make the sharpener even easier to use, the following presets are outlined on the side of the tool: Fillet Knife and Asian Kitchen Knife – 16 degrees; European Kitchen Knife and Penknife/ Pocket Knife – 20 degrees; Hunting and Tactical Knife – 22 degrees. As well as the two ceramic knife grooves, there is also a groove for sharpening the blades of your kitchen scissors.
