From Gordon & Macphail's 'Connoisseur's Choice' range, a unique collection of single malts, always non-chill filtered, small batch and created with expertise in matching spirit to oak casks. Here we have a 32 year old single malt from Scapa distillery aged in Refill Bourbon Barrels with only 146 bottles produced from cask #310

Nose: Rich honey, waxy citrus, green apple and toasted malt

Palate: Smooth and peppery with ripe pear, tangerine and exotic fruit moving through to spice and charred oak

Finish: Medium-bodied finish with lingering notes of pepper and citrus
