Description

Evergreen kitchen bay trees (Laurus nobilis) - three compact 14cm potted shrubs, ideal for containers, patios or near doors for easy leaf access. Grows in most soil conditions and produces fresh aromatic leaves each spring. Prefers shelter from cold, drying winds and benefits from occasional light pruning to maintain size. Relatively slow-growing, can be trained into shapes, and works well as a starter plant for topiary. No chemical treatments have been applied during cultivation; wash leaves before culinary use and avoid chemical sprays. Feed occasionally with a foliar feed to keep foliage glossy and healthy.
