Description

Organic Cannellini Beans Organic Cannellini Beans are organically grown white beans with a soft, creamy texture and a nutty flavour once cooked. They are a classic in soups, stews and casseroles, where they soften into the liquid and carry the flavours of herbs, garlic and tomato around them. Cooked beans can also be mashed into a smooth spread or stirred through a pasta sauce. As with other dried beans, soak them before cooking, then drain and simmer in fresh water until tender.Key points:Certified organicSoft, creamy texture and nutty flavour when cookedUse in soups, stews and casserolesMash cooked beans into spreads, or add to pasta saucesSoak before cooking, then simmer in fresh water until tender
