Description

Organic Black Quinoa Organic Black Quinoa is whole black quinoa grain, certified organic and packed in Sussex. It is easy to cook in around 15 minutes and makes an alternative to cous cous or rice. Rinse the grains in a sieve, then simmer in water until tender and the liquid has been absorbed. The dark grains keep a little more bite than white quinoa and add colour to a plate, so they work well as a base for grain salads and bowls, alongside curries, stews and roasted vegetables, or stirred through white or red quinoa for a three-colour mix.Key points:Whole black quinoa grainCooks in around 15 minutesAn alternative to cous cous or riceUse in salads, grain bowls and as a side dishCertified organic, packed in Sussex
