The second from their Zodiac range, Mithuna, named after the Indian counterpart of Gemini, is matured in first-fill American virgin oak and then finished in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. A truly exceptional dram bottled in 2020 to 58% ABV expect aroma notes of tropical fruits, honey, sandalwood and toasted oak followed by a thick, oily palate laden with stoned fruits, oak spices, cocoa and milk chai. The finish is long lingering, dry and intense with subtle sweetness.
