Bowmore - Vintage Edition Islay Single Malt Scotch 1985 26 year old Whisky One of Bowmore's flagship bottlings of 2012. Distilled in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks then hand selected by Bowmore's distillery manager Eddie MacAffe. This limited Islay release Bowmore 1985 sees just 750 bottles available. Bottled at cask strength, 52.3% it comes complete with a signed certificate of authenticity. Top Score/Editor's Choice Whisky Magazine 17.3/20 "Distant peat fires, but also a juicy fruit edge, mango and passionfruit. Sweet peat, demorera sugar and hospital wards. Coal tar soap and a meaty edge." Think 25: Please be prepared to show ID when receiving alcohol deliveries.
