Formulated with hydrogenated castor oil and glycerin to help condition brow hairs, the lightweight formula provides strong hold without flaking and works on all brow shades and hair types. How to use: pick up a small amount of gel on the spoolie and gently comb through brows, pressing down until the desired shape is achieved; for a fluffy look, brush upwards and outwards and set in place.
