Shallow Fry

Instructions: So simple to cook!1. Melt 10g of butter in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.2. Add the gnocchi and coat it in the butter with a wooden spoon.3. Let it sizzle and fry gently, turning often for even colour.4. Fry the gnocchi for 5 minutes until golden brown, crunchy and crisp on all sides.
