Vinification Details

Direct pressing, cold alcoholic fermentation, vinification and maturation in stainless steel tank and concrete vats, aged for several weeks on fine lees. 

History

Founded in 1489 in the heart of the Alpilles mountains in Provence. The estate consists of 300 hectares of beautiful gardens, olive groves, and vines.
