The cool Atlantic climate produces light, refreshing wines, making them perfect for any occasion. The name literally means "green wine," a nod to both the emerald landscape and the vibrant, youthful character of the wines.

Vinification Details

The grapes are gently pressed to extract only the finest juice, which is left to settle naturally before fermenting slowly in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This preserves the wine's fresh, delicate aromas. Before bottling, the wine is stabilised and filtered to ensure a bright, clean finish.
