Preparation and Usage
Barbacoa Beef
Serves 2.
Cooking time: 2 hours
Method: Oven
Ingredients:
30ml (2 tbsp) oil.
750g Beef Brisket
1 jar of Tesco Finest Barbacoa Sauce.
1 onion.
Method:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 170°C/Fan 150°C/ Gas 3.
2. Score the beef with a knife.
3. Add oil to a casserole dish and sear the meat, cover with sauce and a sliced onion. Rinse the sauce jar with 100ml of water and add it back to the meat.
4. Cook beef for 2 hours.
5. Shred with forks and mix through the cooking liquid.
To serve: Serve with tacos or tortilla wraps.
