Instructions: Super easy to cook...Remove all packaging before cooking.1. Preheat oven to 200°C, Gas 6, Fan 180°C2. Loosely wrap in an oiled, foil parcel. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.3. Cook for 25-27 minutes then serve.Careful when opening as parcel will be hot. The natural size of fish and cooking appliances may vary - this is a guide only.Ensure piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.

Storage

Keep refrigerated, below 5°C. Once opened, cook and eat within one day. Cook or freeze before the use by date. This fish has been previously frozen and safely defrosted. Still suitable for home freezing, defrost fully before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Use within one month.
