Instructions: These flavour-packed tofu pieces are your new stir fry secret weapon. Just toss them in a medium heat pan from frozen, give 'em a quick fry, then throw in your favourite veg, noodles, and a generous splash of sauce. Boom - dinner done!Medium heat/ 8 minutesHeat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok/frying pan over a medium heat. Add pieces to the wok/frying pan and cook for 8 minutes, breaking apart any pieces stuck together, and turning frequently.All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure tofu is piping hot before serving.

Storage

For best before see side of packStore frozen at -18°C or below. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. Once cooked do not reheat.
