Punjab Tikka Masala Cooking SauceA mild aromatic tikka masala sauce of tomatoes, with garlic, fenugreek leaves and a hint of coconut.Originating from Punjab, this recipe is a British take on the traditional Butter Chicken and is becoming one of the UKs most popular Indian Flavours. Stir Fry

Instructions: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, stir fry 500g of chicken breast (or substitute). Add contents of the pouch & stir. Cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through. Try adding 50ml of double cream and freshly chopped coriander leaves if desired.

Storage

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
