Oven

Instructions: For best results oven cook. 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 55 mins Remove outer packaging. Place glaze sachet to one side. Empty contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Chilled 45 mins. Remove from oven, discard foil and drain off any cooking juices. Open sachet of glaze and pour over the pork. Return to oven for the final: Chilled 10 mins. Shred the pork with 2 forks before serving.

Microwave

Instructions: 9 minutes (800W) / 8 minutes (900W)Remove outer packaging. Place glaze sachet to one side.Place the pouch into a microwaveable dish and pierce top of the pouch several times.Cook on full power.Chilled 5 mins (800W/900W)Remove from microwave and shake gently then cook on full power for a further:Chilled 3 mins 30 secs (800W) / 2 mins 30 secs (900W).Carefully open the pouch and drain off remaining cooking juices. Remove the pork from the pouch, place into the microwaveable dish and shred with 2 forks. Open the sachet of glaze and drizzle evenly over the shredded pork and mix thoroughly, return to the microwave for a final:Chilled 30 secs (800W) / 30 secs (900W)Leave to stand for 2 minutes after cooking.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once opened, use within 1 day. Keep refrigerated.
