Preparation and Usage

- Infuse one teabag in 200ml of freshly boiled water for 3 minutes, or longer for stronger. Gently stir and squeeze before removing.- For an uplifting change, add ice or allow to cool, and refrigerate for later.Herbalist Tip: While you wait, cover your cup to prevent the volatile oils inside from escaping.
