Oven

Instructions: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 20 mins Peel back film lid on the rice compartment, add 1 tbsp of water, stir well and re-cover. Pierce film lid several times on the curry compartment. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Leave to stand for 2 minutes after heating. Stir well before serving.

Microwave

Instructions: For best results microwave heat.800W 5 mins / 900W 4 mins 30 secsPeel back film lid on the rice compartment, add 1 tbsp of water, stir well and re-cover.Pierce film lid several times on the curry compartment.Heat on full power.Leave to stand for 2 minutes after heating.Stir well before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines opposite. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated.
