The Côte de Beaune-Villages appellation is applied exclusively to red wines from 16 communes in the Côte de Beaune. Louis Latour carefully selects the grapes that are most representative of the appellation to produce this red wine.

Vinification Details

Traditional vinification in order to retain the bright red fruit flavours. Aged in French oak barrels to keep this red wine silky smooth.

History

Louis Latour was founded in 1797 and is still family owned and run to this day. The Latour family have been exporting wines to the UK since 1871 and the winery is today run by Eleonore Latour and her uncle Florent Latour.
