Preparation and Usage

Vegetable Tikka

Cooking time: 20-25 minutes. Method: Hob. Ingredients: 300g cauliflower (cut into small florets); 1 red onion (diced); 1 tin (400g) of chickpeas (drained); 1 jar of Plant Chef Spiced Tikka Sauce; 15ml (1 tbsp) of oil. Method: 1. Heat 15ml (1 tbsp) of oil in a pan, add the cauliflower and onion and fry for 5 minutes until golden brown. 2. Add the chickpeas and the contents of this jar and stir thoroughly. 3. Cover pan and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the cauliflower is tender, stirring occasionally.

To serve: Serve with rice.

Why not try adding spinach at the end of cooking to create a Saag Tikka.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
