Instructions: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 Chilled: 23-25 mins Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving.

GriLL

Instructions: For best results grill. Chilled: 20 mins Place under a pre-heated medium-high grill. Turn occasionally. Allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Instructions: Air Fry 180°C Chilled: 12-14 mins.Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer.Pre-heat air fryer.Place 3 loin steaks in the air fryer in a single layer.Turn halfway to ensure even cooking.Allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
