Instructions: 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7 20 mins Pre-heat oven and baking tray. Transfer the salmon skin side up onto the pre-heated baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and cook on the middle shelf of the oven. Leave to stand for 2 minutes after cooking.

Other

Instructions: For best results pan fry.12 mins.Add 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil into a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat.Place the salmon in the pan skin side down for 5 mins. For the remaining time, turn occasionally to ensure all surfaces are cooked.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 10 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
