Preparation and Usage

Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Instructions: Pan Fry & Oven190°C/Fan 170°C /Gas 5 Chilled: 30 mins.Brush chicken with oil and season. Place in a pre-heated frying pan and seal over high heat for 5 minutes, turning halfway.Transfer to a baking tray and place in the centre of pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated below 4°C.
