Working with trusted growers who share our commitment to the environment and responsible farming, all our organic fruit and vegetables are grown in harmony with nature. One of our growers, the Taylor family have been farming in North Shropshire for hundreds of years. They grow organic potatoes in a sustainable rotation with a range of other complementary crops, which benefit from the free draining light sandy soil there. Nick is deeply passionate about organic farming and over the last 20 years has been the driving force on the family farm in progressing and scaling up these more environmentally sensitive methods. Focusing on specially selected potato varieties that have natural pest resistance, taking extra care to improve soil health through timely irrigation and green manuring and providing farmland havens for beneficial wildlife all help him to grow better crops without the use of artificial fertilisers or pesticides.

When boiled according to instructions.--

Preparation and Usage

Wash before use.

For boiled :

Peel potatoes and if needed cut into evenly sized pieces. Place in a saucepan and cover with boiling water . Return to the boil, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender . Drain and serve

For mash

Follow the hob instructions. After draining return to a warm hob for 1 minute to dry. Add milk, butter and seasoning according to preference. Mash until creamy smooth and serve.
