Shallow Fry

Instructions: PAN FRY Heat a little oil in a pan until hot. Brown the mince stirring frequently for 4-6 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and continue until thoroughly cooked.

Instructions: TipFor a thick, rich sauce sprinkle a spoonful of flour into the pan once the meat has browned, stir in half a cup of stock and simmer on a low heat until thickened.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
