Preparation and Usage

Remove all packaging, discarding absorbent pad and rest at room temperature for 20 minutes prior to roasting. Place the beef joint in a roasting tin and lightly season. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven. For a medium roast cook for the recommended time on the front label (6 minutes 30 seconds per 100g). A medium roast will be pink in the middle. For a well done roast cook for 9 minutes per 100g. Baste with cooking juices occasionally during roasting.200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 66 mins 30 secs per 100g medium9 mins per 100g well doneRemove from oven, cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes. Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
