Preparation and Usage

How to Apply?Apply on clean, dry, smooth and sound surfaces which are free from dust, oil, grease and polish. For best results clean surfaces with methylated spirit. Sound surfaces means substrate must be strong enough to support weight of items held. If in doubt, please contact our Technical Services Team for advice. Avoid application under 10°C to maintain initial grab strength. Maximum adhesion is reached after 24 hours. Support heavier items for this period. Direct contact with water can reduce holding power.1. Apply strips to the object as shown in illustration and press down firmly. This allows even weight distribution across the strips. Avoid air bubbles.2. Remove the red liner. Apply the item to the surface pressing down firmly for a few seconds.
