Oven from frozen

Instructions: 200ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas 6 20-25 mins For best results oven cook. Wrap fish in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place parcel onto a baking tray on the middle shelf of pre-heated oven. Take care when removing foil as hot steam may escape.

Microwave from frozen

Instructions: 800W 3 mins/ 900W 2 mins 45 secsPlace onto a microwaveable plate, cover and vent and heat on full power.Allow product to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Storage

Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze. Keep frozen at -18°C or cooler.
