These are also used for cow's milk, and we guess that makes our drinks processed, which apparently can be scary for some. That's cool, food processing has been adopted by humans for centuries to reduce nutrient loss, curb food waste, and give people access to safe, nutritious, and more affordable food. We're 100% on board with that, and if you are too, we're happy to have met you through this process.
There's nothing wrong with companies wanting to have cool color-coded labels or homemade logos on their packaging, declaring sustainability promises that are hard to compare to other products and even to know what they mean. But if we're really interested in handing the power over to the consumer to make informed choices at the store, maybe everyone should declare the climate footprint on the product first?
