Preparation and Usage

Important: it is normal for there to be an odour from this product when opened. Allow fillet to rest for 5-10 minutes once removed from the packaging so that the odour can dissipate.

Instructions: SHALLOW FRY AND OVEN COOK.PAN FRY Chilled: 5-7 mins on medium/high heat in a pre-heated pan with 3tsp of oil, turning frequently to achieve an even cook.Then place fillet in a roasting tray and proceed to oven cook.OVEN 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 Place roasting tray with fillet in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 4 minutes per 100g.Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
