Teriyaki marinated broccoli recipe

Marinate slices of fresh broccoli in Tesco Fire Pit The Sweet One marinade for an easy vegetarian barbecue side. Infused with flavours of soy and ginger and topped with fresh red chillies, it's the perfect zingy and spicy accompaniment to any barbecue spread.

Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into 4 slices
- 180g pack Fire Pit The Sweet One marinade
- 1 red chilli, thinly sliced
- 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

Method
- Light the barbecue. While it heats up, put the broccoli in a large zip-seal bag and squeeze over the marinade. Seal, gently shake the bag and massage the marinade into the broccoli. Set aside for 20 mins, turning the bag every once in a while, to make sure the broccoli is well coated.
- Once the barbecue flames have died down and the coals are white and ashy, cook the broccoli for 10-15 mins, turning regularly, until tender and beginning to char. Remove to a serving dish and scatter over the sliced chilli, spring onion and sesame seeds before serving.
