Slow-cooker beef stroganoff recipe

Slow-cooker beef stroganoff

Created by The Tesco Recipes team

A slow-cook that's well worth the time, our easy beef stroganoff recipe takes very little hands-on cooking but turns into something special when the flavours are left to mingle. Think tender chunks of beef with a glossy, rich sauce made even more flavourful with the addition of mushrooms, good quality beef stock, vermouth and a little crème fraîche.
