Giant chocolate Easter nest recipe

Supersize a classic Easter treat with this giant chocolate Easter nest. Coat cereal in an indulgent combination of milk and dark chocolate, then decorate with mini eggs, fruit and a whole Easter egg showstopper. We've used shredded wheat for the base, but you can use any cereal you have - cornflakes would be great.

Method
- Line a large baking tray with nonstick baking paper. Melt the chocolate and butter in a large heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water.
- Break the shredded wheat into strands. Stir into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Tip the chocolate mixture into the centre of the p tray. Press the shredded wheat into a large circle, roughly 22cm across and 4cm high. Use the bottom of the mixing bowl to press a well into the centre of the nest. Chill the nest in the fridge for at least 1 hr, or until fully set.
- Carefully peel the nest away from the baking paper and put onto a cake stand or plate. Place the Easter egg in the middle, then scatter with mini eggs and fresh berries. Slice into wedges to serve.
